Hidden in the foothills at 83^rd Avenue and Jomax, WestWing Mountain is a desert jewel, nestled between Sunrise Mountain and WestWing Mountain. Adjacent to an incredible 340-acre desert mountain preserve, this community offers the best of city living while supporting the feel of ‘getting away from it all.’

Daytime activities include hiking on the new trails on both mountains that ensconce the community. Soon, the City of Peoria’s full facility WestWing Park will be available for the enjoyment of everyone. At night artificial lighting must be kept low to allow residents to enjoy the vast star-studded sky.

WestWing Mountain Community Center is available for homeowners to rent at a very reasonable cost to accommodate their special events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers, and graduation parties.

Just minutes away from topnotch shopping at Arrowhead and the new variety of stores and shops along Lake Pleasant Parkway, residents find WestWing’s location to be extremely convenient. Also, a few miles north of WestWing, residents enjoy many Lake Pleasant recreational activities.
